I’ve been enjoying the new header, glad to see the whole photo. 🙂

    • Thank you Val for noticing. It’s a long story..I’ve been wanting up jazz up my little blog site for sometime but had given up any ordering or unnecessary spending during Lent. After Easter I told myself I’d “invest” a bit to make the blog site a bit more visually appealing. Not being the techno savvy soul, that meant a bit of customization. It, and I, needed some lighter looking colors. I hope your’e doing well and feeling stronger and better daily…

Just got sick again (Round 5? Really?) but life is tolerable always, beautiful, always, and often full of joy and surprises. My problem is that I’m working off a tablet most of the time. Ihave a lot of older stuff I want to put up, but there is no highlight/copy/paste ease of editing on a tablet. So yes, I understand the gap between vision and practical reality. Looks good though. 🙂

I’ve been sick and busy with Easter and other considerations, but hopefully I’ll have more time to write again soon. Folks really like your Bonhoeffer post BTW, though considering most of my Facebook friends are from my former church where our pastor teaches a course on Bonhoeffer at Fuller Theological Seminary, not surprising. Bonhoeffer is more on the radar screen of folks in thatcongregation than in many places.

    • I’m glad knowing that folks are liking the Bonhoeffer posts. He’s one of those individuals who I just can’t seem to shake. I can’t really find the words to describe him. Theology yes and all the academia—but there is something so much deeper than all of that. And as far as St Anthony, I’ve been wanting to do a post on him–and for you, I shall—Cookie’s take on St Anthony. St Francis liked him, I do too.

I think Life Together is the one that really makes you think about Bonhoeffer apart from strictly theology. He was a complicated man. As I read all you’re stuff, I will read your take on St. Anthony with interest.
