“In every outthrust headland, in every curving beach,
in every grain of sand there is the story of the earth.”
Rachel Carson
(the snowy adirondacks / Julie Cook / 2017)
God’s voice thunders in marvelous ways;
he does great things beyond our understanding.
He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth,’
and to the rain shower, ‘Be a mighty downpour.’
So that everyone he has made may know his work,
he stops all people from their labor.
The animals take cover;
they remain in their dens.
The tempest comes out from its chamber,
the cold from the driving winds.
The breath of God produces ice,
and the broad waters become frozen.
Job 37:5-10

Thank you Denise 🙂
Love that scripture. You put it together nicely with quote and picture.
it’s called not much time to be more thoughtful!!!
Or, a “thank you, Jesus, for that ninety minutes saved.”
now that’s a great way for me to look at it—but it’s called me being called into duty helping out at the jewelry store (my husband’s business…) this time of year is not our own….
I love this! Through the beautiful delicacy of the snowflake, our God speaks! ❤ ❤
I love in thunder being found in the quietude 🙂
