jockeying for position

Everything is expressed through relationship. Colour can exist only through other colours,
dimension through other dimensions,
position through other positions that oppose them.
That is why I regard relationship as the principal thing.

don’t worry—Percy was moved right after the picture was taken as he likes to sneak in when no one is occupying the pack-n-play but is always discovered and removed)

I will take my post;
I will position myself on the fortress.
I will keep watch to see what the Lord says to me
and how he will respond to my complaint.

    He looks so comfortable, like he thinks that blanket is his.

    • We didn’t see that the cat was in there until we went to change the diaper—our Percy and their black lab Alice are both feeling sad for having lost their positions as the number one baby

    That’s very cool. Poor Percy, though.

    These photos remind me of my daughter’s cat when her first child was born. He became very protective of the baby and when I would take her upstairs to change her diaper, he would follow me and sit and stare to make certain I didn’t do anything to harm her. Cats can be protective like dogs at times. These are great photos to have!

    Your photos of Autumn and Percy are adorable. It looks like he wants to protect this new little kitten. So sweet. Just don’t let the lab jump in there.

    So sweet. Uncle Percy knows he is is Autumn’s protector. Good thing there happens to be a comfy blanket nearby too. 😉
