(The Mayor proclaiming the day was a success/ Julie Cook / 2018)
The Mayor is proclaiming the day a true success…
First, there was the preparation…
Next, there was the anticipation…
and then there was the victory supper…
A good meeting and a great day…
Whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves,
as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—
in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.
To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever.
Amen.
1 Peter 4:11

Santa is pretty traumatic for some kids LOL.
Well if out could have seen the next frame of pictures 😬
Ha ha…!
The Mayor is so adorable!!
Thank you— she is quite the mess!!
She did good! Most kids are a lot more apprehensive. You also inspired my blog for today, when I took my little granddaughter of five to see Santa at the Mall of America. She’s turning 16 this year!
Time so flies
Indeed. My granddaughter is going to be sweet sixteen this year and I still recall cuddling with her as an infant and toddler as if it were yesterday.
Julie I nominated you to write a story or poem using whatever idioms you can fit into it. You can do it if you choose to.
She is growing so much…:-)
Beautiful photos of a beautiful little one! What fun you’ll have this Christmas with this gift from God!
I just noticed the teeth!
