worthy of bearing the name?

“It is not that I want merely to be called a Christian, but to actually be one.
Yes, if I prove to be one, then I can have the name.”

St. Ignatius of Antioch

“He does not come down from Heaven each day to stay in the gold ciborium.
He comes down to find another Heaven He cherishes infinitely more than the first,
the Heaven of our souls, made in His image, living temples of the Most Blessed Trinity!”

St. Therese of Lisieux, p. 31

What a perfect post~simple and so true. I hope you’re doing well my friend. I’m behind on reading. I told our friend, Kathy, that I had 4 friends travel up from Arkansas and we spent days hiking, eating, exploring, eating, playing games, eating….it was as if quarantine never happened. It was a fresh start with Spring around the corner. Stay blessed and healthy. ❤❤
