“We must always remember that God does everything well,
although we may not see the reason of what He does.”

“Prayers are God-filled words in which our love and God’s love are joined.
That love embraces the people for whom we are praying,
and love always changes people and situations.
This doesn’t mean that we will always get what we want,
but Jesus does promise that we will get what we need.”
Rev. Jude Winkler, OFM, p. 14

Thanks Tricia!
And what we need is often not what we want! But faith in Him “makes the medicine” go down much easier. We are on the last go-around of 2021. Hope you have been enjoying the season.

Cannot help but wonder why he does not help the people that need it the most.
I think that’s because He expects that those of us who can should step up
The thing is Julie, so much bad stuff goes on behind closed doors or in secret and this is stuff that a majority of people would step up if they knew about it. God supposedly does know about it but…..
I wish I understood it all but I don’t and no, life is not always fair— the age old question- why goes a loving God allow for pain and suffering—
What a beautiful picture. Blessings for a stunning new year.
