The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge.
Fools despise wisdom and discipline.”

What is your motivation?
Your self help…
Your comfort…
Your reason to continue…
Family?
Friends?
Country?
Career?
Home?
Future?
Maybe faith…?
When you are lost, do you seek…
Guidance?
Books?
Speakers?
Music?
Entertainment?
Perhaps you pray…
When stripped away of everything…
When all that made you…you….is abruptly taken away
When you stand alone, vulnerable and lost…
What propels you forward?
Need?
Hunger?
Fear?
Hope?
Or is it a yearning for something…
Someone greater than yourself…?
The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;
he delivers them from all their troubles.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
The righteous person may have many troubles,
but the Lord delivers him from them all;
he protects all his bones,
not one of them will be broken.
Psalm 34:17-20

A pleasure, and thank you for being such a blessing to us 🙂
I love this Psalm. It gives so much hope to those of us with problems of any kind. He protects all his bones – WOW!
as the kids would say, “I feel ya” 😉
Meaning I wholeheartedly agree—
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted” – I think that is because when we are brokenhearted, we feel the greatest need to turn to the Lord and God is always waiting for us! Thanks be to God!
Awesome photo and post! 🙂 ❤
Wonderful reminder of God’s love and compassion towards those who are suffering. Beautiful photo too. Blessings to you! Laura
